Services

Weld and Wander provides permanent jewelry services and related products. Our services include custom-fitted, clasp-free jewelry that is welded onto the customer.

 

Appointments & Deposits

• Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once appointment is rescheduled.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least [24/48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide notice may result in loss of deposit.

Eligibility

• Clients must be at least 15 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including safety concerns.

 Assumption of Risk

By receiving permanent jewelry services, you acknowledge:

• The welding process involves heat and carries minor risks

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the service

• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided during your appointment

Jewelry Care & Liability

• Weld and Wander is not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or external forces.

• Customers are responsible for proper aftercare.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions.

Repairs & Warranty

• Repairs may be offered at an additional cost unless otherwise stated.

• Warranty policies (if any) must be presented at time of service.

Payments

• We accept various forms of payment, which will be listed at checkout or in-store.

• Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Weld and Wander and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weld and Wander shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
